Verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use this information and your files only to prepare your quote and, if you accept it, to do the work. By uploading files, you confirm you are authorized to send us any personal information they contain. Technitrad inc. and its service providers (Cloudflare, Resend, Google Workspace) handle them, and they may be stored outside Quebec and Canada. We keep them for 24 months unless they become part of your project. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) reads technical data from your browser to block automated submissions. We also note how you found the site (your answer below, and any ad or campaign tags in the link you arrived by), only to learn which of our marketing works. You may see, correct or withdraw your information at any time by writing to David Fay at info@technitrad.com. A quote you accept is governed by our General Terms and Conditions (French version). Privacy policy and terms of use Sending this form also accepts the site's terms of use.

01

What to send

  • The files, in their native format where you have it: DWG for drawings, Word or the specification software’s export for specs, the report as you have it.
  • The direction: English to French, or French to English.
  • The date that matters: the issue date, or the tender’s closing date.
  • Past translations or a glossary, if you have them, so we start from your terms.
  • How you want to work: an AI draft your team reviews in NEOLO, or review by our specialists. An AI draft costs less for routine documents; specialist review is for what goes out under seal. Not sure? Leave it blank and we recommend one.

What happens next

01

We review the files

We count what needs translating, including standard NMS text that comes back in the official French.

02

You receive a quote and a schedule

Both are built backwards from your date.

03

Terms first, then translation

On your go-ahead, the terms are settled before the translation starts. AutoCAD DWG drawings come back with the translation written in place, in the same terms as the specification.

The earlier the files arrive, the more of the schedule goes to settling the terms instead of correcting them in review. You receive documents in your format and your terms, ready to issue. Access to your files is controlled and transfers are encrypted. See our terms.

03

What we commit to

  • Every term your team approves is applied to every future document.
  • The term base is yours, whether you stay with us or not.
  • We tell you plainly what your date allows.
