English and Canadian French, every day.
Our core is English and French, both directions, for Canadian construction documents. For other languages, tell us the project and we'll tell you plainly what we can deliver.

Both directions

- English to French, for specifications, drawings and reports issued in Quebec and by federal owners.
- French to English, for Quebec documents that owners, partners and reviewers outside the province need in English.
The same term base works in both directions, so a document translated one way and then the other still says the same thing, and your reviewers sign off on terms they already approved. It runs through your specifications, reports and AutoCAD DWG drawings, which come back with the French written in place, and our NMS term base alone holds over 15,000 terms.
Canadian French, not France’s
Construction French in Quebec has its own vocabulary. A devis is a specification, not a quote; a soumission is a bid; plans et devis are the drawings and specifications. A translation written for France reads as foreign to a Quebec contractor, and sometimes means something else, and your engineer ends up correcting it. We translate into the French your reviewers, inspectors and contractors use. Not sure your current French is Canadian? Send one deliverable for a free terminology check.
Other languages
Fewer languages, deeper terminology. We focus on English and French because that is where our term bases, our NMS experience and our reviewers are. If your project needs another language, describe it and we will tell you plainly whether we can deliver it to the same standard.

For English and French: send the documents and the direction, we apply your term base, and you receive them in your format, ready to issue. Request a quote with the language and the documents, answered within one business day.
Your engineers review the translation in minutes, not hours.
Send your package: specs, drawings or reports. We reply with a price and a date.
FreeFree terminology checkUpload a recent translated deliverable. We return a short report of every inconsistent term.
