AI draft or specialist review. You choose, project by project.
Both use your term base and both return your AutoCAD drawings as DWG with the translation in place. The difference is who reviews the translation before it goes out.

Not every document needs the same review
A safety data sheet you issue, an internal memo and a 300-page specification for tender do not carry the same risk. One fixed service either overpays for the memo or underserves the tender, and you end up paying for review you did not need, or worrying about review you skipped. You should not pay for the same review on all three.

AI draft, reviewed by your team
If your bilingual engineers already translate in-house, this is their way to work. Your team runs a first draft in NEOLO with your term base applied, and reviews it in the editor. Every approved term is already in place, so your reviewers check meaning, not vocabulary. The draft is ready Monday, and your engineer signs off Wednesday. AutoCAD drawings come back as DWG with the translation written in place on this route too. It costs less than specialist review for routine documents. Plans and pricing are on neolo.ai.
Specialist review
Engineering-trained translators translate or review and deliver the final document, under ISO 17100 and ISO 18587. Your team receives a document ready to issue. Six of the world’s ten largest engineering firms are Technitrad clients. If your firm runs its own memoQ server, we work inside it. Specialist review is billed per word or per hour.

Questions
Which way should we choose?
Choose the AI draft when your team has bilingual engineers with time to review, or for internal documents. Choose specialist review for documents you issue, sign or tender, or when your team has no time. Many firms use both, project by project.
What is post-editing?
Reviewing and correcting a machine translation until it meets the quality required. ISO 18587 is the standard for it, and Technitrad is certified to it alongside ISO 17100 for translation.
Can we work in our own memoQ server?
Yes. If your firm runs its own memoQ server, we work inside it, so your files, translation memories and term bases stay where they are.
Do both ways use our term base?
Yes. The term base is the same either way, and so are the terms in the result. Only the reviewer changes.
Your engineers review the translation in minutes, not hours.
